Delta Hotels By Marriott Saint John

Location was nice but the rooms and especially the bathroom could have been better. Stayed one night only. Not modern at all. Some outlets were not working in our room (king bed couple). The shower head is pretty low in height (if your taller than 5’8 good luck). Service was good, very approachable staff but the rooms were not the best.

Wow this is awful. A rat ran across the dining room tonight. Seriously. I was shocked. Then the pack and play they brought to the room had the wrong mattress insert in it and is absolutely dangerous. It looks like they took a piece of cardboard, wrapped something around it then put a pillow case over it. If your baby falls off the get stuck in the loose mesh at the bottom.The room smells like dogs have been in them. The bathroom smells unclean. I’m definitely not taking my suitcases in my house when I get home …. Because I’m afraid of what I might carry home from this place.Plus the mall attached looks like everything closed years ago (Think Blade runner). The surrounding area looks downright dangerous.I’ve been to three other Canadian cities in the last week and have found them lovely. I don’t know why I thought St. John’s would be good. Don’t bother…but if you do, avoid the delta Marriott

Excellent location, well annointed rooms but ....... the AC in the room made a buzzing sound every time it started. We noticed that late at night when we went to sleep. Called the front desk for ear plugs as recommended by the hotel in their room brochure. Did not get any ear plugs and spent a sleepless night. Not impressed with the service.

Located in the heart of downtown Saint John, this hotel offers friendly service and a genuine interest in guest satisfaction. The cleaning staff on the third floor were particularly outstanding. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. Additional amenities include indoor parking, a pool, a bar/restaurant, and meeting rooms. The motel is conveniently connected by walkways to numerous attractions, restaurants, a mall, coffee shops, and the city market.
