This is just another restaurant lacking proper service. It seems to be a trend that began with Wok in a Box. I'm considering ordering from there instead.

The chicken teriyaki noodles were both delicious and affordable. Although the wait time exceeded 20 minutes after placing the order, it was definitely worth it.
