It was during a trip that we decided to stop at Flunch in the take away area. Two employees are chatting behind the display and seem to be giving us time to choose. At first we take it as a nice touch. Then one of the two employees slips away. Faced with our obvious wait, after a while she considers that we have made our choice and questions us with her eyes as if to invite us to place an order. Phew! At the first sandwich requested, she tells us “wait, I’m going to ask” wellask what.? She comes back to tell us that she is a trainee and that she does not have authorization to serve. OK His other colleagues (all of them) were having lunch and so there was no one at the checkouts. After about ten minutes another employee arrived and took our order. I order a chicken sandwich and his tongs grab a croque monsieur... I correct his gesture and don't check what happens next. I will skip the episode where she considers that a bottle of sparkling water does not count in the water provided on the menu. I finish with another lemon meringue. Then when it's time to pay, another employee arrives and then a third to collect... there's no doubt that at flunch they go out of their way to serve us! This sudden arrival creates confusion over who should do what with the damn crate. In the meantime, 5 customers had presented themselves at the second checkout with a tray, which led to a debate between them on each person's tasks. Apparently they are not well defined at flunch Tours Atlantes. In short, we settle and it is after an hour of driving on the highway that we decide to take a lunch break. And there surprise...! my chicken sandwich had turned into a tuna sandwich...!!!! Arghhh!!! I hate tuna! I decide to console myself with my beautiful lemon meringue pie. At first glance, the lemon curd seems to overflow from the tart, I love lemon! At the first bite, I see the scam! Under the meringue a subtle layer of lemon cream so subtle that in the end I ate a meringue tart. Ultimately I would have preferred to be served by the intern, she would perhaps have been more conscientious than the other employees. If you are looking for a job, I think there will be vacancies for a manager soon. Otherwise if you want a tuna sandwich you're in the right place, the rest go your way.
