Sempre di buon livello questo ristorante di pesce, tra i pochi a Saint-Tropez ad offrire frutti di mare e pesce "pescato" anche in grade pezzatura. Locale moderno, arredato con buon gusto. Cucina classica di pesce dai piatti di crudo ai frutti di mare e ostriche di diverse qualità.Locale con un vivaio dove aragoste e astici sono portati vivi al tavolo per la scelta.Classica la preparazione dei piatti, semplice e senz... Cosa non piace a Augustin Hamel di Les Viviers du Pilon:
Anche se aggiunto nella nuova Michelin servizio veramente scadente e non all'altezza del prezzo.Pesce fresco e di qualità ma il branzino al sale aveva un accompagnamento non all'altezza e il riso con i gamberoni proprio nulla di speciale.A questi prezzi anche a Saint Tropez si deve avere di più.Consiglio a questo punto i ristoranti del porto la vista è la vita sono sicuramente più divertenti. Beautiful location, poor service, worthless food. Outrageous bill. This restaurant was suggested by the Concierge of the Hotel Villa Marie. Don't go.
One of the most beautiful and romantic place. The view is beautiful,the food is excellent and the service is great. We was there in the day of France so we enjoyed the fireworks. Amazing
We booked a table for 2 on the edge. We are welcome and we are presented with our table. We're getting the cards and for 15 minutes, nothing. Our waitress discusses with the table next to serve them the aperitif, the wine she will look for herself, then she saves the order while 3 other employees watch it either by smoking or by taking a drink. We went away to go to the gutter or service as usual was perfect.

The quality of the products and the setting are the major advantages of this restaurant. On the other hand, the quality of the service leaves it to be desired, whether in terms of organisation only of attention to the customers...damage it spoils the party.Last flat... the fillings of fresh fish...a spoon of purée and a stuffed cherry tomato...???...Cote prix, c'est correct...manque just de vis-à-vis the weight of the fish that one discovers only at the addition. Despite these criticisms that have only the objective of allowing the improvement of the services, I recommend this restaurant.
