Contribuisci feedbackThis place is good, but their other restaurant in the opposite is great! hard if they have a restaurant close, that is so much better. this has great eating, but very rude coworkers and average quality performer regarding their other restaurant. the amazing worker and incredible performer.
A great disappointment today on one of my ex favourite restaurants st. tropez. power abuse and respect to customers! After my husband had a nice dinner with my family, I left with the children and left me with my sister for longer. amazing shows, great...music and educated waitress. I wanted to stay until the beginning of the party to show my sister the dancing waitress and the “Welcome to st Tropez” song with the sparkling candles”. I ordered a drink. When my sister went to the toilet, men came and pulled her chair to the side and also pulled me before they asked me. he came and took up the chair with me and pulled me to the side to give another client place. I looked at him surprised and the men (the boss said "be nice". what did he mean with “Be Nice”? I came to dinner, paid my bill and sat in the bar, ordered only a drink. He did not even say “from me”! at every moment has never apologized. when I warned him, “You don’t treat such a client,” he immediately threatened me, “I can let you go.” What should I go? because I as a client about the kind of how he treated me? because I didn't order champaign? for perhaps, for him, I was not important enough (they made me feel like a prostitute who was on the bar who was looking for a rich man to buy me one, maybe they are used to treat them so, and saw me alone let them think that it wasn't me. I was so upset and disappointed that I decided to go. I called my man to pick us up and drive to the exit. on the way I saw “THE BOSS” and just wanted to give him feedback (all I wanted to say was “Sorry for what happened, next time just talk nicely to the customer” , but he immediately and arrogantly ignored me and cried all the security to accompany me, like a drunken flawmaker. I hope they still have everything on the cameras to train their employees “How to respect a customer who is not vip”. Of course, when I was on the door, I was nervous and angry at the big men who pushed me out. They made me angry and I just wanted to apologize. some people have done something, and that makes them think they can do what they want. he never apologized! his pure arrogance! during corona, summer 2020 we were one of the few tables in the restaurant, we were 12 people and many rich Russian friends, it was all perfect. they almost licked the feet.
Yes, this place is mega expensive, yes everything is above the top, but wore 5 stars for an unforgettable experience the music that enjoyed dancing on the tables st tropez extravagance in its best!
L’opera is more than just a fancy restaurant. Music is playing and waitress and waitresses are dancing and performing on the tables
I visited Opera for my mom’s birthday. The service was very long as nice as was the waitress she cared more about dancing and having fun then serving us. The few time she talk to us was for selling us 10 bottle of champagne while...we were 4… we arrived at 10 and received the food at 12:30.. plus the food arrived cold when we complained about it they just took the plates away not even a sorry and we had to ask again where was the food 20 min after. we also prepayed for a cake that was charged again on our final bill. Service was very poor we had to get up to poor our wine and water multiple times. I went a few times during the past 5 years the service was nerved their strength but that night was terrible. Not talking about the prices that are very overrated for the type of food that they are serving. I would definitely not recommend to go for dinner maybe a drink if you consider it was a club so service experience as a club. Very very disappointed.
