McDonald's - Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts

We went to this McDonald's this summer for dinner. What a surprise, never seen before by us for this fast food chain! Inefficient service, over 20 minutes before receiving our order, despite few people. The employees did not seem to know their tasks too well and they seemed very busy chatting together rather than serving. One person waited several minutes before their order was taken. When customers look at each other and share the same discouraged smile, it says it all. Quickly, a manager!

Restaurant et toilettes propres, servi rapidement, les enfants ont appréciés. As un grand resto mais ça dépanne.

Ce mc do n'est pas comme les autres ,du moins lorsque nous sommes aller.la nourriture etait excellente,le service et l'accueil impecable.nous avons tres bien manger.tres differents des autres restos fast foods.

The tables were all dirty and the servers were rude when I ate in. I was very disappointed. And when I order at the drive-through It is not odd to wait for at least ten minutes for a coffee and a muffin.

Service was slow, food was okay,( ...it's McDonald's) but one of the staff was mad at me because I didn't mention right away that I had a coupon. I mean she was pissed. She said: ¨next time you better mention that you have a coupon before you order or you get the discount ¨. I replied: ¨There won't be a next time honey¨
