Tim Hortons - Sainte Anne des Monts

I've been through 2 cities, 2 Tim Hortons (including this one) and 2 identically terrible experiences. Blatant lack of organization.Make sure nothing is missing from your order... what's more, the service dates back to another century:We prepare the meals/sandwiches for you on one side and then you still have to wait for the drinks on the other... as long as there are people there, I might as well tell you that if you order hot, it will be cold before so that you can drink...Good luck to the person who decides to take matters into their own hands to compensate for these obvious inefficiencies.

Arrived at 4pm on Wednesday and they were closed. Wow.

Waitress mixed everything up and forgot 2 out of 5 items in our order which had been forgotten to send to the cook.

Toilets out of order, no running water in sink to wash hands. Disgusting

Order kiosk all down. Noone could speak english at the front counter.
