Natalie is back! After five years, she has revitalized the Black Bean, and dining here is better than ever. The food is outstanding, and the coffee is excellent! Well done!

The only reason i gave it a 3 was because of a 45 minute wait for minimum chips and 8 potato cakes

Ordered dinner at 6pm. Told 15-20 minutes, went in told another 10 minutes. Waited for an hour to receive our 2 burgers and a couple deep fried items. Which both burgers were cold. Another lady had been waiting before we walked in. She asked for a refund and got we 've just started cooking it and the lady walked away not giving the refund. Don 't recommend going back here, when they had next to no customers. If they were busy or short staffed I 'd understand but neither of those seemed the case.

Worst fish chips ever! Youngest staff member very unfriendly and rude. Nothing good to say about this place! Very expensive too! Waste of money
