Excellent dining service, great food. Jordan- the mad lad, helped organise a surprise desert with a candle for my recipients birthday, and the waitress brought it out at the perfect time. Everything went spot on. Thanks for the memorable experience.

Small menu on the pricier side, no gravy option at all witch is appalling. Cocktails also pricy for what they are. Interior is lovely. Service: 4 Location: 3

This renovated hotel is a gem. It was a great experience from the moment we checked in to the room to when we checked out effortlessly. The check in staff were pleasant and helpful. They took time to explain everything and make sure we were ok. The meals staff downstairs were great too. Attentive and polite. And the meals were fantastic. The room itself was full of charm, with modern touches. Clean and well presented. Happy to return again. This was a great overnight stay!

Meals are on the pricier side, but tasty. I wish they had a mignonette sauce option for the oysters as I’m not a fan of the other options. Decent wine list and friendly staff. The dining room has a nice atmosphere.

I arrived in Sale on a Saturday at lunchtime to join a group of 18. We were located in the 'Library ' room, a handy space away from everyone, still close enough to the bar for convenience. The staff were cheery and managed the large number of attendees well. The food disappointed. I had a Chicken Parma of decent portion and thickness which was overcooked. Similar comments came from others. The choices were limited. On the plus side was the drinks list. Extensive and presented in a unique leather folder. You win some, you lose some...
