Bella Italia - Salford

Bella Italia has a vegan/veggie menu that is quite small, but you can also request some items on their main menu to be veganized. The starter had a lot of reverence, but I felt I could do with more than one piece of Crostini when I was left with a lot of reverence. I felt like the service was impeccable, as it was no trouble for me to explore different options, and our server made sure that I didn't feel different from other people order their meals. The pleasant experience I had at the Middlebrook restaurant was so good that I went back with my children a few weeks later. Recommend the vegan Carbonara! Edit; as I have left this review, they have now expanded their vegan series even more, I am so impressed and the food is delicious, a meal with my non vegan family so easy and made a beautiful experience. The starter was very small. Had many ugly left, you get only a tiny ciabatta, but it was delicious. The pizza was nice but very hot (as indicated on the menu) don't get it if you don't like heat. The dessert was the best. 10/10. I have the melograno e arancia drink. Don't worry. It comes in a can and costs £3.39 and tastes like nothing. #Veganuary

I found the starter, which featured plenty of hummus, to be delicious, but I wished it had more than one piece of crostini as I had leftover hummus. The service was excellent, as the staff were accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable exploring different options. My experience at the Middlebrook restaurant was so enjoyable that I returned with my children a few weeks later. I highly recommend trying the vegan carbonara. Since my initial visit, Bella Italia has expanded their vegan options even further, impressing me with their delicious food that makes dining with my non-vegan family a breeze. Overall, a lovely experience.
