The service at this restaurant is usually dependable, but on this particular visit, the order was completely incorrect. The staff initially brought out a meat curry that was different from what was ordered, and then when they brought a replacement, it was also the wrong one. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and there was no apology from the staff.

The customer service and delivery service at this restaurant are below average. There is a lack of communication when orders are canceled, resulting in a very disappointing experience.

We have been ordering from Bhajis for years, but tonight's delivery had a few mistakes that left us disappointed. When we called to complain, the manager's response that "mistakes happen" was unsatisfactory. This lack of customer service has left us feeling angry. Just a simple apology would have been enough.

Had a set meal for two £19' food was very tasty, not too greasy as some places are. The food is cooked in an open kitchen which shows the cleanliness of the takeaway. Will definitely return,
