Placed a collection order to take to a friends house £50 order with 4 meals 1 whole meal was missing and I am still waiting for my refund I complained to them and they said they would only refund me for the burger and not the meal that was missing Don’t use these guys as they will take your money and not give you the food My order was placed on the 23rd of December and I am still waiting for my refund Food: 1

Nicest burger I’ve ever eaten but is ALWAYS late to come out and the workers at the door never seem to be able to provide you with an expected time usually just say “soon”. Always 20-30 minutes late to bring your food out. I don’t mind waiting but they should not allow you to select collection times they can’t stick to (within reason). Ordered freight island Burgerism, given it was a busy Saturday expected a wait, but 1.5hr wait for a raw unseasoned Burgerism.. what a joke. Won’t be coming back at all, ended up having pizza from voodoo rays Wasn’t even offered a refund. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
