I bought a peppered steak with rice peas meal and jerk chicken for me to enjoy back home in London. The gentleman at the counter was so helpful and friendly. He made sure the food was packed well for my long drive back. I won't lie, the drive home was smooth but I just kept thinking of my meal once I got back and I wasn't disappointed. The peppered steak was cooked really well, the meat was tender and the sauce had a nice subtle spice which was not over powering and the rice absorbed the flavours really well. The chicken was so tasty and had a good kick but without blowing my top off. I think I would get the jerk chicken with rice peas as the flavours were amazing and worked so well. Definitely worth a visit for anyone looking at getting authentic Caribbean food that's also Halal!

Staying one night in Manchester, and saw this Caribbean place, so had to give it a try, I got the rice and peas with goat curry, and a lamb patty. The food tasted so good! I got the normal portion which was just right, the mutton just fell apart it was so tender, I would highly recommend this place for your Caribbean fix. The music in the place has be wanting to move, the only downfall was that I had a long walk back to my hotel, but the food was worth the walk
