Contribuisci feedbackWhat a rough day. Beer blows madness and tastes like a nice bar of chocolate from willy wonka. No music, but a pool table and a fantastic company and the landlord were an explosion. Really at home and ready for a laugh. I really recommend that you meet a group of like-minded people who only want a chat and a gossip about everyday life, even if a welsh Lass in Manchester, then this is the place to go. Tears of laughter and beer to blow off the socks. I love it!
Once in spring 2013 there. Enough to inspire a whole chapter for my eBook-Roman MANCHESTER X: Around 16:47 I order my second pint in the Coach Horses, a depressed pub on the edge of Eccles, in the middle of nowhere to be more accurate. It is a descent to the earth and cozy place when you choose to ignore a few cracked windows and the downbeat attitude of hunters. If you look at the building from the street, you get the impression that the city has fled from the grounds, in all directions. A real life hotel California. I'm all alone in the lounge and I'm looking at a slightly bulging window area that must have been beautiful once. Its lower third consists of alabaster glass with engraved embroidery. The thick carpet swallows all the sound, is almost alive, has grown through the decades. The benches are padded, a kind of artificial leather in gray Bordeaux shades. NB: Some locals still think that it's dodgy they are far from the brand.
Love it! Great, well preserved, traditional pub with real fires and good beer. Licenses are very friendly and welcoming.
MY FAVORITE PUB in Great Britain. Some great people and some dedicated United fans know. Cheap prices and good service. I'll come back!
Fantastic pub, clean, extremely friendly staff and customers, great landlord, Derren, and a really good pint!
