Sainsburys - Salford

I visited the restaurant around mid-afternoon for coffee and cake. They had a few wrapped Eccles cakes and a few pieces of house-made caramel cake. Although they weren't very visually appealing, we decided to try them anyway. It was disappointing to see such low-quality options being offered, resembling something you would find at a mediocre supermarket cafe like Sainsbury's. We ended up paying for dry cakes and coffee, feeling like it was a total waste of money and left us feeling frustrated.

This cafe is very convenient, serving drinks and hot meals. It is clean and spacious. We ordered fish and chips and lasagna. It may not be a fancy restaurant, but it gets the job done.

I would not recommend this place. I went to check it out, but had to use the restroom first. It was absolutely disgusting. The environment was dirty and revolting. No apologies were given, as they seemed to think that Sainsbury's would have cleaning products for sale in their store if needed. This is not a good sign for their cleanliness standards. Overall, the experience was terrible and unacceptable.

To stay in the nearby campanile and to have convened to the breakfast, in about busy with shops and builders from nearby locations. an excellent full English for less than my wife ordered the ham and mushroom omelette she said was a...small dry. fresh and quickly served by warm and friendly staff. highly recommended.

The food was fairly average for what you would expect in a supermarket cafe. Reasonably priced and staff where very helpful. They even warmed up baby food for us which a lot wont do now
