Fiesta Mexicana - Salida

The service was outstanding, and the food was served quickly and piping hot. However, I did notice a slight canned taste that detracted from the authenticity of the flavors. I plan to give it another chance in the future, hoping the dishes will return to the deliciousness they used to have.

One of my very favorite places to eat Mexican in the Upper Arkansas Valley of Colorado.

The service was amazing, the staff was friendly, and the food came out quickly. My whole family enjoyed everything, including the enchiladas, burritos, and street tacos.

The food was awesome. Whatever their pepper cheese they used on their burrito was freaking awesome!

This was my first time at this restaurant, and we were a group of five, all vegetarians. My sister and I were served chicken in our dishes. While the food was good, we couldn't eat it because of the chicken. Despite this, we were charged the full price for food we couldn't eat.
