Ginger Thai Kitchen - Salinas

My husband ordered green curry and I ordered pumpkin curry. I made sure there was no fish sauce in the curry and requested no oil added to the brown rice. I forgot to ask about chicken broth, so I am unsure if the curry was truly vegan. I will double-check next time I visit. The pumpkin curry was delicious. My husband thought his was cooked perfectly and the flavors were excellent. Mine tasted a bit oily (I usually avoid oil in my diet), but it was still tasty. The waitress was attentive, so I will definitely give this place another try if I have the opportunity.
