Starbucks Coffee - Salinas

Out of all the Starbucks locations I've visited, this one is rather average. On the plus side, they do make an effort to get your order right. However, the atmosphere here is lacking compared to other Starbucks. The seating is uncomfortable and not cozy at all, which detracts from the overall experience. It doesn't have that inviting vibe you’d expect.

The coffee is consistently excellent, but the barista's behavior was exceptionally rude. We visited at 10 PM, and considering it's a Starbucks located in a hospital, the service should be significantly better. The barista didn't even let us know when our coffee was ready. We ended up waiting for a long time before one of us noticed our drinks sitting there.

I want to give credit to whoever brought Starbucks to the SVMH environment. In my experience, this is a well-managed and lively establishment. It's great that you can bring coffee to your loved ones who are recovering at SVMH. It also serves as a nice place to escape to during what can be stressful situations.

I get coffee here everyday, I like that no matter how busy it gets you get your order fast and not to mention you always get good service. I have gone to other Starbucks and this one by far is the best one.

Perfect location for this Starbucks. You can either be driving by or coming to work and pick up a drink or some quick bite to eat. Friendly staff throughout the day. Fast and great service as well.
