Fazer Café Itis - Sälinkää

I like the products at Fazer's cafes, especially the coffee. However, the service here was the slowest I have ever experienced. I don't remember a slower coffee making process. Additionally, I had to go and pick up my order from the counter after waiting for 10 minutes, even though there were employees and only a few customers. I will not be returning to this Fazer café. The sandwich, coffee, and juice were okay, but the slowness and lack of customer service ruined the experience.

"A slightly upscale café with a good selection of specialty coffees and savory and sweet treats to go with your coffee. Seating may not be readily available. It's quite pricey, but then again, Fazer cafes usually are. Dogs are welcome at this café, at least."

Iced chocolate was basically hot chocolate and iced. Tasted bland. Would have expected crushed chocolate or something to give it a bit of flavour

The cappuccino tasted delicious.

Todella mukava paikka, mutta koska ei ole istuintilaa ollenkaan, en suosittele. Ei kuitenkaan saa istua rauhassa, vaikka löytyisi paikka, kun on niin meluisa kahvilassa.
