McDonald's - Salisbury

Had lunch with the big ones there in the school holidays. waited for our order for 20 minutes. uber eats runs out of the door. maybe more there. also cleanse their müller more often. badly waited. with outside in the...playground area. too much chit chat through the personal to get orders faster :

The food is cooked decently, but I'm disappointed that others were served before me and asked if they wanted to dine in or take away, while my own order for takeout was not prioritized. It seems like they prioritize certain customers over others. The interior of the restaurant is generally unclean.

I visited this restaurant tonight and was served by a waitress in the drive-thru. She was incredibly rude and aggressive when I asked to split my payment between cash and card. When I questioned why I had to pay in this way, she gave me a dirty look at the next window. This experience left me in a terrible mood, as I was just trying to order my dinner. Upon returning home, I called the restaurant to speak with the manager. The manager was rude, interrupting me and dismissing my concerns before abruptly ending the call with a promise to speak with the waitress. As someone who works in a customer service industry, I understand the importance of good customer experience and was very disappointed with the treatment I received. The waitress ruined my night with her bad attitude, and the manager's behavior was just as unprofessional. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The McCafe coffee here have a strange, bitter taste, nothing like any other mccafe I was. I used to be regular, but not anymore.

Have frequented this restaurant a few times and have always been impressed with the fast service, freshly cooked food and friendly nature of the staff. It makes the trip with the family so much more enjoyable when staff are happy to help and the food...is good
