Contribuisci feedbackThe untrained staff make visits here horrendously long, please train your staff on how to use a drive thru properly. My favorite trick they pull on me is not having cream for coffee and replacing it with milk. You think being across from a Walmart they could possibly get some.
Door sign says dining open at 6am daily we drove there several times after 6:00am and lobby still close there are three crews inside and they can't handle customers in lobby it seems pretty slow service here.But finally we get in after few days
I'd imagine that it would be difficult to mess up a meal with only three items in it, but I was wrong. I was charged nearly $8 (the price of a meal) for just a sandwich and a coffee; no hashbrown was given even though I specifically asked for a meal and I was charged for one. I go back to ask why my hashbrown wasn't included, and they tried to charge me an extra $2 for the hashbrown even though it wasn't given to me with the meal? What kind of business are you running here Tim's? Food was ok, service was subpar at best. Not impressed.
During our wait for our food, we noticed several flies buzzing around the display cabinet for the muffins and doughnuts. We informed the staff, but they continued serving other customers, including handing a man items that the flies had been on.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible; no one came to take our orders, and the staff were incredibly rude. I'm leaving now to find a better place.
