Well, that next time finally arrived and I went to the breakfast spot, only to find out they open at noon. Brunch it is then! It was definitely worth the wait. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the cheese and hollandaise sauce were plentiful, and the bacon was delicious. Who knew adding benny to hash browns could be so good? I'm not sure why I've never seen this before, but I will definitely be indulging here again. The cottage gives this poutine two thumbs up!
I wanted to place a large food order, but when I arrived at the restaurant, the woman informed me three times that they were not yet open and would not be open for a few more minutes. Despite her terse manner, I patiently waited for them to open.
Some diners found the chili at this restaurant to be unique and intriguing. However, the preserved chili on the fries gave them a unpleasant, soggy taste. In fact, our tablemates opted to visit a different food truck after seeing our dish.
Came to lunch here on a weekday in august. the staff was very friendly. I had the pulled pork sandwich with salat. my wife had squaded and wobbled rings. the whole food was very good. my wife wanted more cheese on her poutin. otherwise it was all good. my sandwich was delicious, the pork tender and damp. the sauce is not exaggerated, exactly right. the salate had red and green salate, endiw and spinach, with a little bit of carrot. I think that was our favorite meal on the island, even if we showed up after pm and there was no line, they still managed to do a pretty steady business. I cannot remember a gap of more than a few minutes between the customers.
Went to the Salt Spring Food Trucks. Tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch Poutine. It was very good. Better than the regular poutine that children ordered with us Large Portions good flavour
