The server working that day refused to even look at us, let alone speak to us. But tables all around us were being sat, greeted and having orders taken, just not us. Very rude!
Great food, very close to the ferry. Wonderful service and interesting decor. It was very hot when we were eating inside; try to get a table on their patio.
My wife and I ordered the Fisherman's Breakfast and the Rock Salt Breakfast respectively. My wife decided to add an order of mushrooms and roasted tomatoes to her breakfast. Both meals were tasty and lots of food. We both enjoyed the mushrooms and tomatoes and the eggs met my wife's high standard. We sat at a water view table and the service was pleasant and efficient. Prices were reasonable. There is a sense of a more relaxed atmosphere that you can expect on an island.
A must stop on the island. Food was good. Service somewhat sketchy but the food made up for the service.
Maybe the experience would be better if you have the time to wait and enjoy yourself. But we were on a very limited schedule as we had a ferry to catch. We specifically asked if we would have enough time to catch the ferry, and they said yes. However, in the end we ended up leaving cash on the table and rushing out as it was impossible to even flag down our server. Our waitress was rude, disinterested, and slow. It was impossible to get any semblance of service. They were also very understaffed for a busy morning, which is simply shocking. My suggestion for management is to actually have enough staff for the early morning rush. As it stands, I have to give this a one star simply for the bad experience.
