As of Friday, July 7, 2023, I learned that the owner passed away unexpectedly, which is why it’s temporarily closed. I really hope that people didn’t feel pressured into getting a rushed vaccine that has caused so many sudden health issues, including unusually large fibrous blood clots leading to heart attacks across all age groups. It seems like this news is being suppressed by powerful elites who might have orchestrated this bioweapon attack in China – it can’t be a coincidence. There’s evidence out there.
The service was outstanding. Colette took excellent care of us. The food was incredible; we shared the brisket, which was the best I've had in North Carolina. I'll definitely be back for that! My daughter had the pulled pork and enjoyed it so much that she ate more than usual. The sauces were fantastic—perhaps a bit on the sweet side, but that's just a minor note. The mac and cheese was absolutely delicious! The patio was lovely, making for a perfect August day with a nice breeze. Thank you, team!
I had an amazing experience here! I absolutely loved the food, the staff, and the atmosphere. We were just passing by when a local recommended this restaurant, and it was definitely worth it. It was bustling with a diverse crowd, making it a great spot for families.
You are truly missed. We are very sorry for your loss, and we hope you find all the support you need from the community. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.
This is undeniably the best BBQ in Western North Carolina. Be sure to try the Kentucky Derby Pie for dessert! Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Recommended dish: BBQ.
