Alegria Woodfire Cafe - Samford Valley

My wife and I often go here for coffee and tea. This is always good, and the service from Sue and Marisse is excellent - always cheerful, friendly and ready to assist. And they have a good sense of humour!Meals are available at lunch and dinner time. The (thin base) pizzas are excellent, plus there is a small but varied menu. Everything we have tried has been good, and the portions are sensible in size. There are outdoor and indoor dining areas (pets welcome outside) and, quite rightly, this is a very popular hub of the local community. This is by no means fine dining, but the food is always good and excellent value.

The food was average and the service worse. We have been to this restaurant a few times over the last year or two and the service has been hit and miss... this time very much a miss and we will not be returning.

The ambient is in country style keeping. The menu whilst basic offers good quality food at reasonable prices. Coffee is good. Staff are a happy and cheerful lot. Coffee is very good. Order at counter, food/drinks delivered to table.

Family friendly cafe/restaurant that's open all day. The food is very good & very reasonable priced. The service is friendly & reliable. There is air conditioning inside & nice patio dining out. 10% discount for seniors as well!

So glad to have found this place. Started off with the shared antipasto platter. Beautiful flavours and lots to share. Then had the veal scallopini. Everything was cooked beautifully, again full of flavour. Felt full and content after eating. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant, and I will be back.
