My wife and I love to support local, small business as much as we can. We had heard the positive reviews of The Ginger Root in Samson, Alabama and knew it was a place we should try. It did not disappoint! The prime rib was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife. The lobster tails were excellent, and you can't go wrong on your choice of sides. We ended the evening with the Crème brûlée that was light and creamy. It was a perfect ending to a fantastic dinner! Well, well, what a hidden gem in Samson. I was given a suggestion for an awesome place to try. And here it is, The Ginger Root in Samson. We totally enjoy our dinner. The Rybeye was cooked to perfection. The Chicken Piccata was tender and full of flavor. Oh, and those biscuits, yum! I could have eaten a dozen. They were small. Lol We will be back. I am very interested in trying more on the menu. If you just take a little drive for something new for a wonderful dinner, here it is.
