The legendary bar-b-q pork noodle shop still lives up to what made them famous for more than 3 decades as another landmark of Maeklong near the train station. The price vs quality of noodles, bat-q pork, and pork dumplings is of exceptional value.
If you are in the area, very much recommended! Great quality of food for a cheap price. Both the soup and dry noodles were great. Firstly, taste them without any extra spices added; then add the vinegar and chili powder. This way, you can taste the dish in two different ways!
One of the best eats in Maeklong! Very authentic Chinese style wan tan noodle with Malaysian style of juicy BBQ pork (with char siew sauce).
Authentic Thai Style Wonton noodles (60 baht) the noodles are really chewy and minimal sauces really brings out the flavour of the handmade noodles. Alkaline smell is not very strong. Char siew is quite flavourful and on the lean side. Wonton is packed with fragrant meat as well. Adding the condiments of chilli powder, vinegar chilli and fish sauce really packs a punch! Lovely local place for a meal for an affordable price. I rate: 4/5 Iced Chai dam yan (15 baht) drink was really good and handmade as well! Super refreshing on a hot day I rate: 4/5
