Max's Opera Cafe - San Andreas

Food is always so tasty! Prep time for food is reasonable and ambiance iscomfortable:

3 for food. 2 for service unless it’s Christy or Carlos and then it’s a 10. Consistently disappointed in the direction Max’s is going. I wish an owner who cared would step in and right this sinking ship.

We had a small wedding ceremony at City Hall and after we walked over to Max's. Their manager, Sara was so accommodating we were blown away by the excellent service, reasonable prices and the beautiful space they set for our reception. Thank you, Max's!!!

Spanish Piella was more like jambalaya and it lacked spices but I am from Baton Rouge. Key lime pie was most disappointing.

If you want your server to sing an aria, this is the place. Food is plentiful and comfortable. Desserts are to be shared. Interior is ok but dated.
