Es la mejor que he probado en mi vida y debo admitir que, como me gusta cocinar y comer bien, son pocos los platos que logran sorprenderme por su sabor. ¡Y este fue uno de ellos! La Fondue de Queso Pavé Fort: 3 quesos, láminas de ajo doradas, pimienta verde de Madagascar, cerveza y páprika.

Este restaurante en Bariloche es sumamente tradicional, pero desafortunadamente está mal administrado y ofrece un servicio horrible. Está claramente orientado a turistas, por lo que los precios son altos para comidas de baja calidad. Es una lástima porque se encuentra en una esquina hermosa y el local es muy atractivo. Hay opciones mucho mejores y más económicas cerca.
