Totally recommended! excellent location, a sleep view from the room in which I stayed, near the civic center and the boliches (it was with a delegation of teenagers!) and a separate paragraph for the staff that is really wonderful, the janitor, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, moz@s, makes you feel so comfortable! if I had the opportunity to visit the city again, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel has parking which is in front of the hotel and is very comfortable access. you have to order a card at the reception to access freely. the staff is very friendly, the very good cleaning. breakfast is very complete, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, cereals, cakes, yogurt, fruit, coffee, milk, various types of tea to choose from. the juice is not expressed. at the reception have two hot and cold water dispensers. the rooms don't have a refrigerator, but under the reception there are some refrigerators where you can leave what is needed. The heating of the room has a regulation per floor so if you have heat you have to open the windows because they do not lower it by the temperatures of the night, but for warm people it becomes a bit suffocating, opening the windows to ventilate enters quite noise of the street and is quite annoying to sleep.

We were 6 days, we entered the lake hotel on 19/02/22, played the upper department (foot 4) with lake view, beautiful and very good personalized attention of claudio! highly recommended!

Room service is amazing. People who clean up are the most amazing and understanding thing in the world. The reception treats you like everything in the world was perfect, 5 times I forgot the key 5 times they opened me with a smile on my face. The hotel is still a little old.
