Papa Johns Pizza - San Clemente

This restaurant has become disappointing. The quality of the food has been declining steadily over the past year. I recently learned that the delivery drivers are poorly paid, work terrible hours, and the management is lacking. I just had my pizza delivered by DoorDash and they did not have change, which was frustrating. I used to order from this place for myself and my company 2-3 times a week, but not anymore. It seems like they are cutting corners and not treating their customers fairly. Today, it took me only 2 minutes to write this review and I am already regretting my decision. The pizza and wings arrived cold, and the sauced wings were missing sauce. I will now have to order from Papa John's instead. It's a shame how things have deteriorated here.

We have been frequenting this restaurant for years and they always get our order correct. Ordering online is convenient and they are always prompt. Make sure to join their rewards program for a $10 discount. The quality may not be exceptional, but it is a decent option for a quick meal when you don't feel like cooking. There is ample parking available and the staff is consistently friendly.

Placed an order for pizza. Pizza was delivered to the wrong location. The store marked the pizza as delivered. We called and they said wrong address was our fault. We went to the address where it was supposedly delivered because it was close. Turns out nothing was delivered at that address either. Called back. They agreed to deliver a free pizza. Still no delivery after 2 hours. They disconnected the call. Pizza was for the kids and we were out So we stopped by. Manager continued to insist it was our fault and was rude and argumentative. Terrible customer service.
