Starbucks - San Clemente

We ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso, but on Wednesdays and Thursdays, our coffee drinks always come as milk. It seems like they may be training new staff or experiencing some other issue. We've had the same problem with our order every day recently, so the past few weeks have been hit or miss.

Shannon is an exceptional barista with unmatched customer service and a talent for making delicious beverages. I have a strong admiration for her and hope for a chance to prove that I can handle someone as amazing as her. Shannon, I adore you and crave your presence.

I had to take an Uber to this restaurant on a Sunday, only to find the doors locked before 6. The two employees who were closing walked out just after 6, and when we asked, they said they had closed at 5:30 due to being understaffed. However, we saw both of them leaving after 6, and this location usually closes with two employees. We then went to their other location on Pico, which is supposed to be open until 8, but it was also closed. Very disappointed. From now on, I will only go to Dunkin Donuts.

I love starbucks they are loving and caring and know my order by heart they greet me everytime I walk in and when I leave I love the customer services
