Starbucks - San Clemente

I have some comments to share about each of the baristas at this restaurant. Landis always makes my drink perfectly, no matter what I order. Kyan is very funny and always makes me laugh during our conversations. Chanelle takes her job seriously and ensures that both her coworkers and customers are enjoying themselves. Ellie is a quick and efficient worker, despite her quiet demeanor. She always gets my drink right and ensures that my experience is great.

Be prepared to wait 25 minutes in the drive-thru at this restaurant. They are slower at making coffee than In-N-Out is at making burgers. Even when they aren't very busy, they take forever to take your order at the speaker and don't apologize for the wait. This has been my experience every time I've been to this location. Avoid going here unless you have plenty of time to spare.

Their service is very disorganized. I ordered a sandwich and a drink through their mobile app. The drink was prepared promptly, but they forgot about the sandwich. Instead of addressing the mistake, they started making 10 other hot items while I waited for a long time. The staff member who was delivering food to customers assured me they would check on my order but never returned. It seems like they either need additional staff, more experienced employees, or a new manager to improve their operations.

I went to drive through and ordered my drink, it was given to me with 3inches of white mocha syrup on the bottom, not even mixed with the blonde espresso.I spent over $8 for this?!? Don't waste your time going to this store if you want a good drink!

OKAY! Not technically a corporate Starbucks but ALICIA AND HER TEAM Are the other incredible! I swear they give these workers happy air before they come into work it is a GLARING DIFFERENCE than a typical Starbucks employee I have no idea why but I LOVE IT! I started coming to Albertsons for my Starbucks coffee because of how much happier and pleasant the baristas are and I highly recommend you see for yourself! Get some shopping done too, it's a great morning ritual killing 2 birds with one stone :
