Contribuisci feedbackOn weekends, Primavera has a buffet with mostly vegan options and there was even a vegan chocolate cake. There was a good selection of dishes, many deep-fried finger foods, mice (e.g. tofu skin) and even sushi. The food is a little oily, but it was still really delicious. I liked the outside setting and the servers were nice too. 4.5 Updated by previous review on 2023-03-14
I recommend a lot of spring, they have a lot of delicious options and for all tastes.
Most of the menu is vegan or can be made vegan upon request. Staff is friendly and knows what's vegan/vegetarian. They also sell their own vegan meats.
I ate here at least a dozen times. Most of the time it is good, and the regular server is wonderful. The sushi can be made vegan, and it is some of the best I found in Guatemala. You have several pasta dishes with mock meat. Portions are large and the restaurant offers great value for money. At least half of the buffet meals are vegan (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). We had a terrible experience with the service (not the regular server) that kept me long from going back. When I got the problem with the owner, she didn't care. In fact, I had to ask her to turn off the sound from her laptop when it was so distracting. I'm here a few more times recently and had excellent experiences. A warning: The Wasabi sauce they serve with the sushi is made with mayonnaise and is not vegan. They do not offer washabi in any other form.
I enjoyed the burger with tofu and oyster mushroom sauce
