Boudin Bakery - San Jose

Tried the new summer salad BBQ chicken. Lots of meat and a big break. Love to get a free bread every month.

I've come to Boudin for years and I've never treated myself so badly. Manager Amanda, I think her name treated me and my grandmother so badly. She seemed literally high. It's not okay. Is Boudin okay with this behavior? You lost a valuable customer.

I had a pick-up order by Tordash to this restaurant with which I had never had any problems until today, on arrival there were several customers waiting for pick-up orders as well as in accordance with only one person carrying out the orders. The lady who prepared the orders asked me the question of how people get jobs with zero to no customer service experience. There was not much hurry to visit these customers. After she was finally noticed, she asked if I needed help, I let the person know that I expected an order that she checked and runs away to work on another order. One minute later, an order is given up and after waiting for a while, I decide to check the names of the orders that are there and there it was. Like I would? just let it slip when I came home my order was completely wrong. I called the store to ask for options what to do about my order to which they say they can't do anything about it and contact the door. So if your planning to pick up order in this restaurant, I would suggest not if you don?t want with terrible service and wait extra on the phone just to get a refund.

Grilled cheese over boiled, bread hard and hard to chew. The first and last time. Had a decent taste, only regrettable, the sandwich came cold and hard like rock. I couldn't even get through the first half, it's like trying to chew leather. Very disappointing and a massive waste of money. Never again.

Five of us went here after seeing a movie down the street. Our order was properly prepared, and our food was warm tasty. It was a gorgeous evening, so we chose to dine outside on the patio, where we had a wonderful time. We'll definitely dine at this Boudin's location again.
