The strawberry milkshake is fantastic at this place! They offer milk alternatives and a wide variety of menu options at very reasonable prices. The service was fast and friendly as well.

I never would have thought that cheese and black tea could taste so good, but it was delicious (50% sugar)! This is a fantastic spot to grab a drink and relax.

I brought my family to this restaurant for some drinks and light snacks. We ordered our food and drinks and when we finished, we looked around for a trash can to dispose of our garbage but couldn't find one. When we asked the staff where the trash bins were located, they couldn't provide an answer. We did our best to gather our trash and leave it on the table since there were no trash cans inside the restaurant. As we were leaving, a different staff member told us we had to take our trash with us. When we inquired about trash cans, we were told to take our trash with us and dispose of it ourselves. I made sure to properly dispose of our trash, as is expected in most food establishments. I asked to speak to the manager, Brian, who informed me that the restaurant did not provide trash cans for customers and suggested we look for a public trash can outside in the parking lot. When I asked where the restaurant staff disposed of their trash, I was told they had their own designated trash cans. I reported this lack of proper trash disposal as a health concern to the health department in Santa Clara County. I have never been to a food establishment where customers were not provided with trash cans to dispose of their garbage. This is not safe or sanitary.

I often come here, but unfortunately this place has lost me as a customer, because I always get talk of plastic in my drink. I think it was the man who told me it's probably the beverage sealing machine. drinking plastic is not very safe wherever it comes from and I should brush it off because it is the sealing machine? the first time it happened, he took it on himself to give me a wavy and new drink for the effort. very nice. this time, although he wasn't in the camp, I brought the plastic into just like the time before, and I asked instead of a new drink I can get a waffel. I didn't want a new drink. Came here on a weekday afternoon, not a lot of people, but a little bustling. Parking was a bit hard since it did share a smaller lot with 2/3 other businesses. We entered and was not greeted. It was a bit messy, but the world didn't end. The person who helped us was a bit rude. She was working with two other people. We ordered 5 of their waffles with the cheese cream topping and she seemed annoyed...sorry...but also not.... Wait was pretty long, maybe 30 minutes but the food itself was great! The salted cheese cream was super yummy and the servings was generous. Rounding down to 3 stars because of service!
