Contribuisci feedbackMy boyfriend and I went in there about a month ago and had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant. Earlier this year we ordered some smoothies and were given some vouchers by a manager as the smoothies weren?t made right. She didn?t have to becausewe would?ve just gotten them remade again, but it was nice of her. Fast forward to October when we were finally back in town(we live in Georgia and were visiting family), we go into the store to place our order and we?re told that because the managerwho issued the vouchers (with no expiration date) no longer works with the company, the vouchers were not going to be honored.And we were told this by the manager. I worked in fast food for well over 7 years, have been a server, and have worked in alltypes of customer service areas (now including nursing), so I know how it is to be behind that counter and managing a store andcustomers. And never in all of that experience, would I have not accepted the vouchers. Especially because the customers werefrom out of town, didn?t come in with an attitude, and would have wanted to continue a great relationship with ourcustomers. If for some reason the owner of this restaurant sees this, thank you for usually having great employees, but we arevery disappointed in how this manager handled the situation.
I give this place 5 stars because of Kayla! She 's such a sweetheart and does a great job here. I do have to mention though, that there is another young lady here who is always wearing boots and has curly hair. She is unfriendly, does not address customerswhen they speak to her, does not respond to thank you and always shorts you on your smoothie. BOOO!! to that one girl
Asked one of the ladies if I could wait for my order outside. She said sure, they would call my name. After about 15 mins I went back to check where my order is (the store was empty when I ordered). So someone just pulls my order from the fridge saying thatthey called my name. Meanwhile no one ever went out of the door to call for me I was sitting right by the entrance. Best partis not even that. The lady started discussing me with other employees even before I left. How rude is that? Isn?t it customerservice 101 not to discuss guests at least in their presence? Wow. I am happy there are bunch of other similar places in thearea.

I am glad that there are many other similar places in the opposite.
