Mcdonald's - San Jose

I highly recommend going to a different McDonald's. This particular location may cause you frustration as they may charge you for items you did not receive, leading to potential arguments with the management when trying to address the issue. Additionally, they do not provide receipts, making it difficult to verify if your order was prepared correctly.

The staff at this restaurant does not inquire about your preferred drink size and they also do not provide sauce or napkins.

I went to this place for lunch and I absolutely adore their French fries! They are delicious. I stopped by Savers for some shopping before heading to the restaurant. I really enjoy visiting both places. Thank you to both establishments.

My granddaughter drove by to get hamburgers, fries and drinks, she also ordered 2mcchicken, large fries and an ice cream. She paid close to $50. The bag, when she got home, was missing the mcchicken, 2, and fries. She ordered two teas and was given onecoke. I have tried calling for the last hour plus and nobody picks up the phone, the last 15 min. The phone sounds busy. Nocustomer service. Oh, and the burgers are salty, someone thinks too much salt adds flavor....NOT.
