Starbucks - San Jose

The service was friendly and efficient, and the ambiance was clean with plenty of seating available. The food and drinks were delightful. However, the music was rather loud, making it difficult to read, work, or study quietly, even while wearing headphones.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, and the drinks are expertly crafted. However, I do have a concern regarding some of the regular patrons. It can be quite disruptive that they frequently watch live TV with the sound on, especially in the evenings, thanks to two gentlemen who seem unaware of how their sports games impact the experience of others. Additionally, securing a table in the afternoons can be a challenge, as many are occupied by tutors. While it’s enjoyable to savor your favorite drink, if you’re looking to unwind, I recommend bringing headphones!

This Starbucks seems quite average and doesn’t really have anything that sets it apart. I ordered ahead using the mobile app and walked a few minutes to the location, but I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes for my drink once I got there. All in all, the wait time was longer than I usually expect.

I went to the restaurant at around 9:30 AM on a Tuesday and noticed it was quite busy. I really liked the hazelnut latte, but I found that both seating and parking were somewhat limited.

Each time I visit this location, the barista seems to dispute my drink order, which makes me feel quite uncomfortable. I’ve never had this problem at other Starbucks locations I often visit on my work route, so it might be helpful for the staff to receive some additional training. Even if I happen to make an error, I don’t think it’s appropriate for the cashier to confront me so aggressively.
