As for the service, there are always the same friendly Mexican ladies working, and they do a great job. While I'm not sure if I’ve seen them wash their hands, they do put on new gloves each time they serve me, which is reassuring. They are quite quick at making sandwiches. The owner makes occasional appearances and helps out from time to time. In terms of ambiance, the restaurant has 8 tables inside and 5 tables outside. The area is generally kept clean, and the fans are always on, even on cooler days.
