The food and service were top notch. We would definitely recommend Seared. Very elegant and sophisticated dining experience.

Whilst the food was fine, I have had better food at other restaurants around the world for a fraction of the price. There was certainly nothing special about the quality of the food to demand such exorbitant prices. 1 glass of champagne cost 20% more than a bottle back home sort of says it all. The staff were great though. No complaints there. Sorry if this review offends the owners, but it needed to be said.
