Toby's Estate - San Jose del Monte

The coffee and food at this restaurant are both incredible, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The only downside is the poor cell phone signal and the slightly high prices on some menu items.

If I want the perfect cup of coffee, I go to this branch of Toby's Estate and order their slow brew coffee. If there is one place that black coffee is perfected, it is Toby's Estate! The place is big, well furnished and good enough...to hang out with friends. Their staff are exceptional and know their products well. Again, the perfect coffee. Keeps me coming back for more.

I can't go wrong with the chai chocolate! This cafe has a spacious square setting with a large ambiance, thanks to the wallpaper or wall tiles. They offer simple, snacky options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, setting them apart from a typical coffee shop. It's a great spot for lunch, although it may be a bit pricey and out of budget for some.

My daughter hates the interiors. allegedly someone who went to columbia made it. I don't care, except that half of the place in the morning is unusable. it gets a big wide of the morning sun. the coffee is tolerable, though, I prefer a dark one they don't have. it is the service that makes it a sad and lonely place. badly trained, living in one's own world. the six hired did nothing to feel us like customers. not available utensils had to be caught by other tables. the breakfast lasted a long time and came economical. server had no worries in the world and talked to each other. must be called repeatedly. a crispy rosti that was burned had a rubber taste on it. corned bark that was too spicy and in large pieces. I can go on and on. a sad and lonely place.

I visited Toby's restaurant today and was served by a waitress with Chinese features and her hair tied back. Her hair was a slightly reddish brown color. However, she was extremely rude. Not only did she forget my order, but she also displayed a rude attitude when I ordered an ice cream. She raised her voice rudely because I didn't hear her the first time when she asked about the ice cream. She looked at the menu board in an unfriendly manner. This was my first experience of being treated in such a way. I was very upset and will not be returning here because of her behavior. I will also not be recommending this restaurant to my friends. It may be advisable to retrain your staff in terms of providing good customer service. The food may be good, but the service is terrible.
