Best new fine kitchen restaurant in san juan. we visited pichon three times. the menu is kreatiw and the food is fine with fresh ingredients. the dishes are perfectly presented with unique aromas. the wine list has weine for every taste and drinks are perfectly prepared by the in-house mixologe. service is excellent . definitely michellin stars quality. highly recommended for local and visitors. will be back soon.

Pichón presents a new culinary experience with a unique combination of high quality food, fresh ingredients and innovative combinations of aromen. the atmosphere is very refreshing with a tropical decoration and pulsating music that still allows much entertainment. it is the ideal place to meet after a long week to relax. the personal is very knowledgeable about the menu that changes depending on market availability and is able to make suggestions that are for some ask directly on the target and they can make substitutions to meet food restrictions. the owner and their personal are friendly and feel like home.
