The best sushi in puerto rico, by far. the fish is flown directly from japan. also the selection of sake and whisky are excellent. they would have to go to nyc to get sushi of comparable class.

Toyosu was delicious and the owner was incredibly nice and helpful. It was the best Sushi I have had in Puerto Rico and I have lived here for over two years. Highly recommend.

Not just the best quality sushi in Puerto Rico, but possibly a level of fish that cannot be exceeded by Nobu, Masa or the like. In other words, it just doesn’t get any better—but be forewarned—you pay for it. And I gladly did, because the finest quality sushi is my dream meal, and this place delivers. Aside from that, owner/host Jeffrey is a sweetheart of a guy and cherishes what he serves you. No, he is not Japanese, but he may as well be, as the authenticity of the sushi does not suffer at all.

I highly suggest you sit at the sushi bar where the chef will guide your taste buds on a sensory adventure! The FOOD is the true highlight of the experience !!! The fish melts in your mouth accompanied with hand made fresh wasabi. The flavors are unlike any you’ve ever had when it comes to fish. Get the otoro negamiki and the sashimi sampler ! You will be delighted and all other sushi restaurants rendered insuperior. Do yourself a favor and make the reservation ! You won’t be disappointed.
