Contribuisci feedback5 stars excellent! as highlighted by another review, I would not eat in a hotel restaurant. but we came late in the first night and tried a few light bites and we fell in love. we tried the half of the menu over the entire stay. cocktails: most generous with the alcohol and fresh garnishes. well balanced to perfection. Eat: breakfast is great. pretty standard. but her main menu, chef ruben guzman is incredibly talented to make the use of fresh meat / seafood ingredients and little spin of its creativity to typical oriented like cervich, tartare, etc. every single dish we have taste is fantastic. except a failed coconut soufflé that doesn't puff. but hey, no one can be perfect. makes dinge more real. Service staff are sweet and attentive, they present their names and very pre-feasibility of their needs and the absorption of their desires. joy, stephan, amalia, just some of the exceptional team that made this restaurant a 5-star mention. to try: fresh bark burger, red snapper, wenic acid (I have asked for salmon instead of thunfish,) lobster bisque, cocktails
Espektacular food, customer service and view! normally I am not too motivated to eat in restaurants in hotels, but this is worth it. you have to go to san juan after amare. especially if it is a group or just a romantic dinner.

Wonderful meal and great service. The mahi mahi was absolutely delicious as was the coconut souffle! Highly recommended!!
