Pretty much what you 'd get at any regular pizza hut. The La Focaccia a block or two away has better pizza, but this place beats it on being a real sit-down restaurant. The ridiculously cheese-heavy pizza is actually just what you might want if you 're famished and in the mood for comfort food after a day of swimming, snorkeling, or walking all around. Otherwise, I 'd avoid it.
I walked into the Old San Juan location after a long, hot day of touring. I expressed I wanted to dine in and a young lady walked me to the rear of the restaurant. The rest of the guests were in front. I waited patiently. No one came to take my order. I went to the front counter to just place a “to go” order at this point. I was harshly asked by a different lady at the counter is this to go? She was down right nasty! She actually called another person to the counter even though I was there first. The actions of the staff were disappointing and deliberate. They acted as if they had never served a patron with brown skin before! I order from Pizza Hut often at home, but this experience has truly made me question my loyalty.
We were waiting to be seated and seemed to be completely ignored by the staff. Another man who seemed to be a friend of an employee was immediately greeted when they saw he walked in the door behind us. Eventually, we just left without ever being acknowledged and walked to a local pizza shop down the road.
Place is filthy and disorganized. Employees are rude and unnatentive and prices are much higher than regular pizza huts everywhere else. Plus they only have one bathroom to be used by either male/female patrons.
