This restaurant is a bit hidden, situated modestly on 14th Avenue in San Leandro. It appears to have taken over a previous taco joint. Despite its unassuming appearance, this spot is a diner...
I visited this restaurant on a Monday night and it was quiet. My friends and I took our time looking at the menu since it had been a while since our last visit. The menu offers a wide variety of choices...
My 1st time trying this place. I used to always walk by it on my 5 mile trek... and want to stop. I finally did and I was a very Happy camper. The food was fresh, the staff friendly and attentive...I like that you order and then sit. I had the Beef dumplings (gyoza) and the Honeymoon Roll if I recall correctly. They also have hot tea and it was wonderful...piping hot! It was just a tad under $20 bucks and I was satisfied!! Their menu is expansive so each time you come try something new.. that what I am gonna do. I look forward to coming back and dining here. There bathroom was also up to par, so overall it was a great experience...kinda of the beaten path but on a main street if that makes sense ??
Great food and fast service. Also more imaginative with their sushi rolls which are awesome. The ambiance is a limited one but they make up for it with great food! Go back.
