Holy smoke I love here. Best tri tip around, and you need it on sourdough (slider or sando)!!! I also love her corn cake and even the strawberry salad. Amazing customer service, it is fast, tasty and you will not be disappointed!

Delicious BBQ. The tri-tip had a solid fleshy/bored taste while still very soft and delicate. The roasted French bread was a great companion and hit the juices. The order is simple with the walkable window on the terrace. There is an adjacent and convenient public parking. I look forward to my next visit and sampling some of the other good looking elements on the menu.

Place your order and pick it up when you are ready. You can go your order or outdoors on the terrace next to San Luis Creek. We chose the terrace, very pleasant. The food was great!!! We had a tri-tip plate with garlic bread and beans, plus a tri-tip sandwich with fries, both with strawberry limonade. Yum.

FOOD: delicious, delicate, juiced and tasteful BBQ sandwiches! We tasted and enjoyed the tri trip, pulled pork and chicken sandwiches with fries: all amazing!! PLACE: now open to eat in so good, to enjoy them fresh!
