Arby's - San Marcos

Came for shake and gyro sandwich. Shake machine was down. Manager upgraded sandwich to combo (drink fries) at no charge and says to come back for free shake. NOTE: 2 stars because I paid for shake in advance prior to finding out there 's no shakes.Was only told this after my sandwich was ready not before I paid for my order. No sign or mention by cashier when he tookpayment. Was not offered a refund of payment for shake by manager. I had my receipt and I had to ask for refund of shake I didnot receive to go back to my card and then re-ring a sandwich only . Will check card transaction. Will go back for shake whenin area far from home. Only one Arby 's.

Arby's! It's always the best. I've never had bad food at this Arby's. My wife always asks for the Crinkle Fries extra well done.

Food is great, only thing that cross my mind was that the sandwich I ordered did not look like the picture but isn't this way in all places?

I understand we are in tough times right now. I just hate having to drive so far only to find that Arby's is closed! It has happened on more than one occasion, but I will continue to support Arby's just so they don't close this one down too.

Great Food, plus new items on the menu. However, I finally decided to never return due to the poor service and bad attitudes behind the counter. It?s been declining since Covid, but you just can?t blame some things on the pandemic?. I?m done with Arbysuntil another one opens in North County SD .
