Blue Dahlia Bistro - San Marcos

The food at this restaurant was truly amazing! I took my brother out for dinner as a birthday treat and he absolutely enjoyed it. Initially, we were the only ones there which felt a bit awkward, but once more people arrived, the atmosphere became lively. The staff were very polite throughout our meal. I highly suggest trying the crab cakes, they were incredibly delicious. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food were all top-notch. I would definitely recommend trying the Bread Basket as well. This restaurant is exceptional from the moment we walked in. The staff is all very friendly, polite, and cheerful. At times, there may be a slight wait, but it is definitely worth it for the excellent service and delicious food. We have dined here five times already and we highly recommend it. I tend to stick to my usual order of the chicken salad on an open-faced sandwich with chips and an additional fruit bowl. My wife typically orders the salmon, which is absolutely amazing. We rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

I like this place a lot however there is no sound insulation and is very loud inside hard to talk without talking louder ..for unknown reason yesterday service was so slow we were concerned about the two hour parking limit on teh Street.
